Ralph Yirikian, General Manager of VivaCell MTS, Speaks at Diocese

Ralph Yirikian, General Manager of VivaCell MTS, Armenia’s leading mobile operator, gave a presentation titled “Hope in Hayastan: a Success Story in Business Development, a Business with a Mission” on Thursday evening, April 8 at the Diocesan Complex in New York.

Speaking to a crowd of close to 100 people, Yirikian spoke about VivaCell MTS’s rise from a company that had 0 subscribers in 2005 to currently having over 2 million subscribers. He stressed the importance of “corporate responsibility” and how VivaCell has contributed to numerous causes and organizations in Armenia. Attendants were very interested in what Yirikian had to say and a lengthy question and answer session followed the talk.
